Mission

 

I facilitate business management, allowing my clients to manage the heart of their business with passion and energy. I believe in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, by providing state of the art, best practices, and technical support.

My Business Vision

 

Portable Associate was born from a dream and passion to coach and mentor people who have a vision.  Working with new business start ups, I enjoy being there at conception, and seeing the process develop and grow into a successful, viable business.

 

I hold monthly group coaching sessions, with entrepreneurs and would be entrepreneurs, working together to support each other's dreams.

 

Together we tackle practical business issues and deal with the de-motivational gremlins that keep us from succeeding.  We set intentions, and hold each other accountable, and in the process, we achieve our business and personal goals.

 

 

About Me

 

  Monica Lambert, CPC

 

Monica Lambert, CPC, is a Certified Professional Business and Life Skills Coach, with over 27 years

of business operations management.

 

Ms. Lambert is a former member of the Western Publications Association, ACA International, California Association of Collectors, and Healthcare Financial Management Association.  She served on the HFMA Education and Mentoring Committee in 2004, and is a former Curriculum Advisory Board member for Chase College.  She has a Bachelors of Art in Communications, and has completed the Dale Carnegie Management Training Program and studied at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business Management.

 

Monica's passion lies in working with entrepreneurs, helping them to create a successful business presence, and communicate effectively with it's clients and it's employees.

 

Personally, Monica is a circumnavigator, and has written articles for Sailing Magazines.  She is married with four children and four grandchildren.
